    My son booked a 3 hour leason and the instructor spent over 45 minutes briefing him. It was only after I went out and asked when he was going to give him the driving experience that the instructor took him out for his lesson. The instructors excuse was that it was 3 hour lesson and he needed to give all the instructions for the 3 hours. When I called go-red asking for my son to be compensated for the lost hour, they refused.
