Brief description

The menu is a blend of contemporary international food with a “passionate twist of Italian”.

The restaurant comprises of three adjoining rooms with bar area for a pre-dinner aperitif. To the rear of the restaurant we have created a patio for ?al fresco? dining, which we hope will be in constant use!
Our Head Chef ? Steve Dowell, has gained many years of experience working in Michelin Star / Rosette establishments worldwide and prides himself on producing food of a very high standard.
SLICE Restaurant is managed by Nino Adiletto who brings to this position, not only professionalism but also the ?passionate twist of Italian? mentioned above!
