  I have used a few kennels in my time and my dog appears to be genuinely contented when she stays here. It may seem industrial and noisy but it would appear they take good care of the animals and at the end of the day if my dog comes back happy and is pleased to go there i cant ask for more than that. Note my dog has been to other kennels and has come back unwell, stressed and grumpy.

  I have just read the above review about Heathrow Boarding Kennels and I would like to refute the extremely unbalanced remarks from the rather strange character called 'pet express'! I have boarded my dogs with Dorie Laver and her staff for years and I also regularly visit the kennels UN-ANNOUNCED several times a month. If the dogs were badly cared for and left to paddle around in their own excrement (too big a word for Mr Pet Express!) I should know as would the veterinary surgeon who also visits the establishment and the rescue organizations which use the kennels all year round. Dorie and her staff are dedicated and hard working and I will be interested to find out what the psychologically and educationally challenged Pet Express person is expecting to achieve by rubbishing a business which he/she/they clearly know nothing about. I await a response (which I sincerely hope I will be able to understand!)
