London Demolition Company Ltd was first registered in 1934, and is a name which has become synonymous with reliability, and as such, we have the experience to cope successfully with all of our customers requirements.

London Demolition Co Ltd is owned and managed by the Greenham Family. The family's involvement in the demolition industry can be traced back to 1850, when the company was then trading under the name of Greenham Demolition.

The company continued trading under this name until 1934 when it was re-named as London Demolition Co. Ltd

The family's involvement within the construction industry was not limited to just demolition but they also owned 'The Greenham Group' which continues trading today, although not with any family involvement.

The Greenham's were in fact the first people to bring Sea – Dredged Aggregates up the River Thames, at the turn of the century, to Rosebank Wharf at Fulham. They distributed the aggregates across London by means of some 200 horse and carts.

The family values the importance of long standing stability and there are currently five members of the family employed within the company. Including Mr. Thomas Brian Greenham, the chairman and Managing Director, who is the Great Grandson of the founder of Greenham Demolition.
