Really Dont know what these people are talking about. Mr Osman (ozzie) once I said I could not travel , He came to my house promptly with a apointment, with samples and brochures,, Made note of everything went away and came back with design and cost Whic I could not believe. He did not hassle me at all being 80years Old , He simply said please call if you want to go ahead. I decided to go ahead and from Design to completion it took only 10days !! I did not even have to do any touch ups . WELL DONE ! And thank you very much for my New beautiful kitchen
